Tashlich is a time for introspection and reflection.  The rituals in this book were designed to offer you an opportunity to weave your fertility journey into this experience in an intentional and meaningful way.  Feel free to use these rituals in the way that is most nurturing and fitting for you, and is reflective of how you are feeling at this time about your fertility journey.

As you think about the year ahead and consider what blessing you may want to shower upon yourself, the following excerpt from the Tashlich liturgy may be a source of inspiration.

Ti’ten lanu chaim aruchim,

Grant us long life,
a life of peace,
a life of goodness,
a life of blessing,
a life of prosperity and honor,
a life in which the longings of your heart are fulfilled through goodness.

May these rituals offer you an opportunity to experience Tashlich in a deeper, more personal way and may they allow you to find comfort, inspiration, and support as you continue along your journey.
