Rosh Hashanah Blessings Jar

Clear your mind and set an intention for the New Year with these instructions for creating a Rosh Hashanah blessings jar. This recipe and their order is just a suggestion. You can add in other elements to represent your unique hopes and wishes.
Every full moon, place your jar outside or on a window sill to charge it and reset your intentions to last all year.
1) 2 tablespoons of salt for cleansing and clarity
2) 1 teaspoon of paprika for good luck
3) 1 tablespoon bee pollen for a sweet and happy New Year
4) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for success, prosperity and protection
5) 1 tablespoon nutmeg for luck, health, wealth and fidelity
6) 1 orange twist for good mood and mindset and 3 teaspoons cloves for protection against negative energy
7) coin for tzedakah (charity), bay leaf written with your New Year wish, apple seeds for abundance and growth
8) sunflower petals (or other dried flowers) for happiness
9) melt candle wax on the top of the jar to set and seal your intentions
